We are so happy to offer some amazing classes for our Adult clientele. You may choose from traditional dance styles of Ballet, and Tap or go with a more fitness vibe through WERQ® and Ballet Burn. Adults class are all Drop In. Please REGISTER prior to attending. You may either pay the $22/$18/$14 drop in rate or purchase a punch card! See you at the studio!

Adult Ballet- Basics and Int/Adv levels
Develop the muscles of a ballerina and feed your soul’s love of dance! Designed with every level in mind, Adult Ballet teaches classical ballet technique to improve muscle tone, posture and balance while gracefully executing proper movements.
WERQ®- All levels
WERQ® is the wildly addictive cardio dance workout based on the hottest pop and hip hop music. The signature WERQ warm-up previews the dance steps used in class and the signature WERQ cool-down includes balance and yoga inspired poses. This non-stop cardio class is designed to challenge students physically with achievable dance movements for all skill levels. Are you ready to WERQ?
Ballet Burn- All levels
Ballet Burn is a results driven fitness class utilizing hand weights and ballet based movement to create lean lines and improve flexibility and posture. No experience or barre needed.
Adult Tap- Beg and Int/Adv levels
Students will develop rhythm, style and sounds while having a blast! learn a variety of tap styles from Broadway to Rhythm tap. Exercises will strengthen your flexibility of the knees and ankles, coordination, and speed of movement. Feel like Fred Astaire and Savion Glover all in one!
Contemporary is a blend of styles with a strong emphasis in Modern technique. Explore your expressive side in this flow movement class!
