Adult Classes

Ages 18+

We are so happy to offer some amazing classes for our Adult clientele.  You may choose from traditional dance styles of Ballet, and Tap or go with a more fitness vibe through WERQ®, Barre, Progressing Ballet Technique® and Ballet Burn.  Adult may register for Sessions, purchase Class cards or do Drop In classes.  See you at the studio!

Adult Ballet

Develop the muscles of a ballerina and feed your soul’s love of dance!  Designed with every level in mind, Adult Ballet teaches classical ballet technique to improve muscle tone, posture and balance while gracefully executing proper movements.



WERQ® is the wildly addictive cardio dance workout based on the hottest pop and hip hop music. The signature WERQ warm-up previews the dance steps used in class and the signature WERQ cool-down includes balance and yoga inspired poses. This non-stop cardio class is designed to challenge students physically with achievable dance movements for all skill levels. Are you ready to WERQ?


Ballet Burn

Ballet Burn is a results driven fitness class utilizing hand weights and ballet based movement to create lean lines and improve flexibility and posture. No experience or barre needed.

Adult Tap

Students will develop rhythm, style and sounds while having a blast!  learn a variety of tap styles from Broadway to Rhythm tap. Exercises will strengthen your flexibility of the knees and ankles, coordination, and speed of movement. Feel like Fred Astaire and Savion Glover all in one!


Core and Legs

Develop lean legs and a strong core with this amazing new class!  Using the large exercise ball and light weights, this class will guide you through several exercises to tone and shape your abdominals, back, calves, hamstrings and thighs!  

Adult Ballet/Contemporary 

A contemporary dancer needs a strong Ballet background, so these two styles are the perfect combination!  Alternating each week, dancers will learn Ballet technique one week and then translate that into the expressive and grounded movement of Contemporary dance.  

Progressing Ballet Technique

This class is the ultimate in proper Ballet conditioning.  Utilizing large and small exercise balls, students will practice exercises to help strengthen the core, tone the legs and arms and keep each participant graceful and injury free.  You don't want to miss this unique class!

Welcome to LCDC!

Meet Littleton's newest place to dance!  LCDC opened it's doors September, 9 2019 with many options for youth dancers as well as adult fitness and dance classes.  Registration is open for all sessions. Please contact us with any questions you have!
