You may choose from traditional dance styles of Ballet, Jazz/Contemporary and Tap or go with a more fitness vibe through WERQ®, Barre, Progressing Ballet Technique®, Nia and Ballet Burn. Adult may register for Sessions, purchase Class cards or do Drop In classes. See you at the studio!

WERQ® is the wildly addictive cardio dance workout based on the hottest pop and hip hop music. The signature WERQ warm-up previews the dance steps used in class and the signature WERQ cool-down includes balance and yoga inspired poses. Ballet Burn is a results driven fitness class utilizing hand weights and ballet based movement to create lean lines and improve flexibility and posture. No experience or barre needed.
Students will develop rhythm, style and sounds while having a blast! learn a variety of tap styles from Broadway to Rhythm tap. Exercises will strengthen your flexibility of the knees and ankles, coordination, and speed of movement. Feel like Fred Astaire and Savion Glover all in one!
Designed to effectively strengthen, tone and balance the entire body, these are fat burning workouts that integrate the use of the ballet barre and various props. Each class includes several highly effective sequences of toning and resistance exercises with an emphasis on the core, arms and lower body. These are challenging, no impact classes that produce maximum results.
Express yourself! Jazz uses a blend of parallel and turned out movements accompanied by popular music to create dynamic dance. Contemporary combines jazz, modern and ballet techniques. Combinations bring out a range of emotions to help the dancer express themselves.
