Kate Suarez, Instructor

 I grew up in Colorado Springs, and enjoyed practicing all different types of dance (tap was always my favorite!). I have a bachelor's degree in French from Colorado State University, and a Master's in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Missouri at Kansas City. I taught high school French as well as kindergarten at a French immersion school, but took a hiatus from teaching once my kids were born. I always loved dance, and went back to taking adult classes at LCDC. Eventually, I ended up returning to my teaching roots - this time at LCDC teaching tap dance! In addition to teaching, I love spending time with my family and friends, and volunteering in different parts of my community. My kiddos are my world, and I love watching them grow!
